ThinkSmart
Performance Systems was founded in 2001 by Dr. Rosalie Hopkins,
a veteran of large scale software implementations, training
rollouts, process and procedure documentation projects, and
quality assessment engagements.
In 2000, after the Y2K frenzy was over, Dr. Hopkins reflected
on the challenges of implementing large-scale ERP and enterprise-wide
software applications. She wanted to provide a system that
would help ease users’ pain when they are faced with
learning complex software.
Dr. Hopkins formed ThinkSmart Performance Systems to develop
web-based software that would provide real-time information
to users of complex,
large-scale, enterprise applications, but be easy enough
for non-technical people to maintain. The ultimate goal was
to
improve the bottom-line performance of organizations by putting
useful information in the hands of the workforce, and to
communicate
it consistently across the enterprise.
ThinkSmart Performance Systems’ first product is
the 2Work! EPSS.
2Work! puts
information exactly where users need it, when they need
it, without having to
request it or search for it. Industry veterans who have
