System Admin
Performs Unix/NT systems engineering function. Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Builds, develops and manages all aspects of UNIX/NT computing. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures to manage an IT development environment. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.

Development DBA
Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company database. Implements data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes; resolves database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within an IT development environment. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Web Developer
Consults with clients and other project team members to design, build and manage web sites. Develops installation programs for websites. May research contracts/agreements with software vendors and other internet companies. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., SQL, C++, HTML, CGI and JavaScript). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Web Product Manager
Initiates and oversees the coordination of products throughout their lifecycle, from strategic definition to end-of-life planning. Develops the product strategy for online services. Translates customer/clients needs into new features and new services. Writes and implements product specifications. Requires an advanced degree and 8-10 years of experience in product development. Generally manages a group of product management professionals. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to director or a VP of product development.

JAVA Developer
3 years experience with servlets, middleware, web-based and n-tier enterprise applications. Relational database, UNIX and Linux experience required. Familiarity with ERP or CRM applications a plus.
